What does doing it scared mean?
It means moving back in with your parents.
It means saying goodbye to the ones you love the most.
It means getting on the plane when every fiber of your being whispers "Just go back home."
It means crying in an airport in Korea because you can't find your terminal and can't speak the language.
Doing it scared means that you talk to God with every bump of turbulence.
It means starting at the storm right outside your window and your Maker asks you "Who made that storm?"
It means looking the thunder and lightning in the eyes and saying "The one who made you love me more."
It means every time you hear fear you scream "Fear is a liar."
Because you won't listen to the lies and you will keep telling yourself the truth until you are at peace.
It means saying "yes" and living it out
Doing it scared means that you know that there is something greater, SOMEONE greater who holds your world together
His power is so big that he controls the lightning, flies me safely through the storm, and consuls my heart in the process.
He is omnipotent and omniscient. He holds the storm in one hand and my heart in the other.
He can do all things.
And if He can do all things, then I can do it scared.
